ASP.net Developer, Lancaster, 25-30k + benefit

Due to an increase in sales to new customers, we are expanding our Development team, creating another role for a C# / ASP.NET Developer. This role is key to the successful operation and future growth of the company and gives the right candidate a real chance to make a difference to this small team.
The role will be challenging and varied involving new product development work on our award winning C# ASP.NET web application.
Some tasks may require interaction with our customers so good communication skills are also vital to the role.
Essential Skills
o 3+ Years C# ASP.NET (V 4.0) development using Visual Studio.
o SQL Server 2005/2008 – in-depth querying and good all-round relational database knowledge.
o General web development skills – HTML, XHTML, JavaScript
o Solid design skills – an ability to communicate solutions to a broad audience.
Highly Desirable Skills
o Additional web development skills – AJAX, Web Services
o Windows 2008 Server, IIS
o Genuine interest in latest trends in software development and new technologies
