Let us take some of that stress away. We believe in flexibility, which is why we’re now offering you the opportunity to choose only the level of service that you require, with you still only paying us when we produce results.

Our recruitment packages are second to none. By creating a middle ground between flat fee recruitment and more standard methods, these packages offer a range of services, which you can pick and choose from, depending on your particular requirements. However, one thing they do all share is the benefit of a skilled recruiter who takes the time to understand your business and knows exactly what you are looking for.

The process couldn’t be simpler. After submitting the job description and your contact details via our submission portal, just choose the package that suits you best and let us do the work!

Bronze

An experienced IT Recruiter will contact you to discuss the role in further detail and review your submission.
An advert will be written and optimized for a range of top IT job boards, including major job ‘aggregators’.
A thorough database search will be performed. The top 20 candidates will be contacted and forwarded your advert.
All respondents CV’s will be forwarded to you.
Upon placing a candidate we charge 6% of base salary with no upfront payment.

Silver

Includes all Bronze services, with no restriction on database contact and access.
Also includes CV screening to an agreed criteria. We’ll supply you with those CV’s who best match the shortlist, and help you review them.
Upon placing a candidate we charge 8% of base salary with no upfront payment.

Gold

Includes all Silver services, as well as:

Online job board database searches, with ‘CV alerts’ set up to instantly notify us of new CV matches.
In depth telephone screening of potential candidates.
Contacting candidates with a matching skill set in our database by telephone for potential referrals.
Shortlisted CV’s are provided with detailed notes from our recruitment experts.
Upon placing a candidate we charge 12% of base salary with no upfront payment.

Premium

Includes all Gold services, as well as:

All forms of networking at our disposal will be used, such as Long-term contacts, Linkedin, and Twitter.
Full candidate management from the moment of application through to the organisation of interviews, follow-up calls with feedback and subsequent offer or ‘close’.
Upon placing a candidate we charge 17% of base salary with no upfront payment.

Additional Services
